Refund Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

We want InsuredLead to earn its place in your workflow. This page explains our refund and cancellation policy in plain terms. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.

14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We recommend using it to connect a source and confirm the Service fits your team before you are charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

Our refund window

If you are not satisfied, email us at support@insuredlead.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full — no complicated conditions. We would appreciate a quick note about what fell short so we can improve, but it is not required.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period, but the 14-day refund window above still applies to your most recent charge.

After the refund window

Charges older than 14 days are generally non-refundable, and we do not prorate refunds for partial months. That said, if something went genuinely wrong — for example, a billing error or an extended outage that prevented you from using the Service — reach out and we will make it right on a case-by-case basis.

Overage charges

If your plan incurred per-lead overage charges for leads scored beyond your monthly cap, those charges reflect work the Service actually performed and are treated the same as subscription fees under this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@insuredlead.com from the email address on your account, or use the billing area in your workspace. Once approved, refunds are issued through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
